KAT BOOKING CONDITIONS

KAT reserve the right of absolute discretion to cancel or alter our itineraries as is deemed necessary from time to time. Our tours require pro-active participation in a remote and rugged region, sometimes with a small degree of personal risk. Travel Insurance is recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Although every precaution will be taken, KAT accepts no liability for such events as: tour cancellations, evacuation costs, personal injury, or loss or damage to personal possessions.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are valid to December31 of the year in which the tour is undertaken. Bookings maybe made direct to our office or through any travel agent. A 20% deposit within 7 days of booking will confirm that booking, with the balance payable 30 days before departure. If circumstances arise that make it necessary for you to cancel your tour, the following charges will be incurred: over30 days prior $50.00, 10-30 days prior6 0% of total. 4-9 days prior 80% of total, 3 days or less 100% of total tour cost. KAT will make no refunds to passengers who leave the tour tor any reason whatsoever.
